Introducing the enhance BioPower Program. A comprehensive athletic runner program that integrates multi-axial weight and agility developmental exercises. The program is designed to be conducted with a frequency of 2 to 4 sessions per week, with ongoing monitoring of body composition and health Biomarkers every 2 to 4 weeks using advanced BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology.
